This is initial phase of this project and 3 month duration is expected. There are two main applications that interface with the database. One is a desktop application written in Access and the other is a web-based application in ASP. Any future work for the application will need to be determined after this phase is completed, next steps are clarified and recommendations are documented/provided to the team. **ASP.net proficiency would be required to modify/update the web-based front end. SQL would be required to determine if the database in question could be migrated to the new platform without issue. In addition to the above, this consultant will need to: - Backup existing MS SQL 2008 database and/or update to support running on MS SQL 2019 - Rewrite/create web-based application to replace existing Access 2010 application.
