They need to have experience with delivering projects from conception and completion. They need to understand risk from a cyber-security perspective, IaaS, and PaaS. Their communication will be very important as they will have to work with both top and bottom employees. AWS, GCP, and domain knowledge would all be nice to haves. He is looking for someone that can pick up new tech quickly, for example be able to look over something new and in a couple hours be able to use the knowledge in the lab/testing environment. So a willingness to learn will be important. They 40 people in R&D and 12 within CIDC (where they will have more interactions). The projects they have span across subsurface, surface, wells, and IT foundation. G Must have skills/technologies: AZURE Iaas PaaS – The need to be able to help deliver IaaS and PaaS for the CIDC Pipeline.
