Job Description :

Role: Jr. Full Stack Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Contract

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, youll work on everything from customer-facing web applications using cutting-edge open source frameworks, to highly-available RESTful services, to back-end Java based systems. Youll bring solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies such as: Java, AngularJS, React, Python, REST, JSON, XML, HTML / HTML5, CSS, NoSQL databases, relational databases, Maven, and AWS/Cloud Infrastructure to name a few.

You will:

· Write, design, code, test, implement, debug, and validate applications; document design decisions and develop modular software components; monitor system performance metrics, and identify potential risks/issues.

· Collaborate in an agile scrum team, with product owners to deliver upon important business and technical priorities.

· Should be able to deliver stable, reliable, reusable components or applications with maximum efficiency and minimal oversight.

· Continuously improve software engineering practices

· Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies

· Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions

· Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies,

· Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity



Basic Qualifications

· Bachelors Degree

· At least 3 years of experience in Java or another object oriented programming language

· At least 2 years of experience with React and Angular

· 1+ years of experience with UX designs

· At least 1 year of experience working with microservices

· At least 1 year of experience in Agile practices

· 3+ years of experience developing REST API.

· 2+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

· 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.

· Ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time.

· Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.

· Strong written/verbal communication and team building skills.

· “Out-of-the-box creativity” - Ability to analyze information, problem solve, provided documentation of development and recommendations for proposed design solutions that result in excellent user experiences.



Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree

· 3+ years experience in software development

· 1+ years of experience with AWS

· 1+ years of experience in DevOps using CI/CD tools and processes: Jenkins, Maven, Chef, Ansible, Docker

· 2+ years of experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.

· Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies.

· 2+ years of experience with UX designs

· 3 years of experience with Spring Framework

· 1 plus years of Selenium
