This CW will be reporting directly to the manager of technology solutions and ultimately rolling up to the Strategic POS Solutions team This CW will be providing day to day sustainment for the team (break fix, small projects here and there) Typical Day in the Role: Operational Support System Support: Provides 24*7 global support of critical systems in a rotating on-call environment Is an escalation point in incident resolution for some critical, or recurring events Helps drive investigation of root cause analysis for incidents Provides support to product teams for environment builds, refreshes, and break-fix issues Documentation, Reports, and KPIs: Creates, update, and maintain system or process documentation Helps gather metrics for report data across team Assists in identifying and prioritizing remediation efforts for recurring issues Leadership Receptive and responsive to coaching and guidance from leaders and more experienced engineers.
