Description : The SAFE System Architect is responsible for the overall design and architecture of the SAFE Child Welfare System. The system architect is expected to have a breadth of technical knowledge, that spans across the information technology spectrum, along with deep knowledge in the technologies and processes specific to the SAFE system. The SAFE System Architect is the technical lead on moving SAFE development forward to meet federal Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) requirements, including modularity, data quality, data exchange and documentation requirements. SAFE development is underway utilizing a modular design implemented using a microservices architecture. The SAFE System Architect provides on-going technical guidance to management and staff involved in the planning, implementation, and administration of other technical environments, systems, or platforms.
