The role is responsible for working across the customer domain to deliver a cloud-first, enterprise capability that enables the advancement of our customer strategies. The role works in a dynamic and innovative IT environment that prides itself on being forward thinking and constantly deploying unique and innovative solutions. Responsibilities • Design integration patterns between several Salesforce CRM implementations and data asset hubs. • Lead/direct a small agile team responsible for the integration patterns implementation including creating, grooming, and maintaining the product backlog. • Create and maintain integration strategies, roadmaps, and patterns that advance the Customer Enablement platforms. • Advise product management, development, and data stewardship on best practices and implementation details of the integration patterns. • Maintain awareness and inclusion of product management roadmaps, requirements, and forecasts in Customer Enablement platforms. • Collaborate with other technical platform teams to design and implement a Customer Enablement integration platform that is performant, reliable, and scalable in a streaming and/or event driven form as well as batch form. • Understand emerging and evolving integration patterns and apply understanding to solve business challenges. • Identify solution alternatives and facilitate tradeoff discussions, impact analysis, and solution estimation efforts. Required Skills • Experience building an integration platform with knowledge of scalability, high availability, reliability, monitoring, and performance at architectural and implementation levels. • Experience building an integration platform in a medium to large organization with multiple enterprise systems and platforms like ERP(SAP), CRM (Salesforce), WCM (Adobe), etc. • Experience using message broker technologies and/or enterprise service bus. • Experience with cloud computing deployments, specifically AWS for IaaS. • Ability to creatively solve problems and provide timely and sound recommendations. • Experience leading and influencing peers, organizations, and leaders directly and/or through a matrix organization. • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers. • Must have a proven track record of working independently and collaboratively. • 5+ years IT experience. Desired, but not required • Expert in cloud architecture and patterns. AWS solution architecture experience in building integration is highly desired. • Experience as an engineer with hands on experience in building web / API protocol and frameworks (HTTP, REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL, XML/XSL/XSLT), authentication and authorization framework (OAuth, OpenID connect), SSO. • Experience in building scalable platforms using various architectural patterns like data/API caching. • Experience in continuous delivery skill and has worked in an Agile development environment. • Good knowledge of microservice architecture and implementation in a complex ecosystem of custom build applications and enterprise platforms. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related experience.
