Description You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Development organizations to provide guidance, onboarding and implementation of new solutions on the digital marketplace. The Developer Advocate serves as the integration SME for internal and external partners and develops a comprehensive understanding of the use case, transaction workflow and executes implementation. You are the Developer Partner, focused on the relationship, business/technical requirements, design integration and management of the user experience across ISV/OEM and Automotive retailers globally. Requirements Consult with internal/external developers as a partner and technical integration SME Configure API connectors and Admin portals for new customers Lead the Partner Solution Development Lifecycle Lead API Provider and Solution developer onboarding process Identify, scope and execute new solution requirements document workflows/use cases across ISVs Troubleshoot complex integration issues and work with developers to drive resolution Build partner relationships and as serve as the developer advocate and liaison Drive alignment, accountability and deliverables across teams Contribute to strategic discussions with senior management Participate across multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously Take intelligent risks Travel up to 25% Qualifications Bachelors degree in technical discipline, related field or equivalent work experience required (Industry certifications [Solutions Architect/Developer background a plus!] 3+ years developing RESTful APIs in modern architectures (NodeJs) Advanced knowledge of RESTful API principles and integration techniques Advanced experience with contemporary web services design Advanced technical experience implementing, testing and troubleshooting integrations Strong knowledge of API frameworks, AWS and Microservices architecture Solid understanding of Swagger 2.0/OpenAPI standards Experience with PaaS/SaaS and hybrid-cloud infrastructure Experience presenting to C-Level Executives Prior experience with enterprise applications is a plus Ability to translate complicated concepts to a technical and non-technical audience Skilled at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully Demonstrates a Strong Moral Compass Bonus: Experience with automotive industry solutions/software Experience with one or more programming languages Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
