This request will include the removal of FTI data and the relocation data exchanges (interfaces; Reporting and transfer) b. Background: The Department of Human Services - Child Support Enforcement Service has completed a refactoring of their application from Mainframe platform to a distributed service, using an AWS Cloud platform. To complete Child Supports dependency on mainframe, this request will cover the Mainframe and AWS data removal, specifically FTI data used during the refactoring project. Additionally, InfoPac reporting and Data interfaces with internal and external partners will need relocating to a different SFTP server. 2. Scope of Work & Deliverables: a. Services Required 1. FTI Data removal (per IRS regulations) in AWS (5) non-production environments i. DB2 data and Files – Removal/Purge – Tables and File listing will be provided. a) Document Data and file destruction per IRS Regulations. Obtain the appropriate signatures and approvals. ii. Reload each environment with Selected Data and Files - will be provided. iii. Provide project management, facilitation, schedule of the removal and reload 2. FTI Data removal (per IRS regulations) in Mainframe (3) non-production environments i. DB2 data and Files – Removal/Purge – Tables and File listing will be provided ii. Document Data and file destruction per IRS regulations. Obtain the appropriate signatures and approval. iii. Provide project management, facilitation and schedule of the removal Managed Service Provider Request for Project Services Template 3. Move all Child Support interface data exchanges to new Windows SFTP Server. i. Current Solaris SFTP server is end of life. ii. Redirect all outgoing and incoming data exchanges to new SFTP server iii. Coordinate with internal and external exchange partners iv. Setup folders in SFTP Server – Test and Production Folders v. 75 total interfaces (internal/external). Full list to be provided. vi. No data change or conversion, however data compare validation on change. vii. Provide project management, facilitation, and schedule of the move 4. Mainframe Reports (InfoPac) conversion i. Convert InfoPac reports to data files for import to SSRS reporting database. ii. Convert select job outputs to data files, for import to SSRS iii. Work with SSRS team on format and process iv. Evaluate 125 reports for conversion. Convert reports base on evaluation. Not all reports will require conversion, just import. v. Provide project management, facilitation, and schedule for conversion. 5. Social Security Administration Interface, aka Cyber fusion or MFT. i. Document as is state of the Mainframe interface. Capture all known recipients of SSA data, all Departments with State government. ii. Create a Data Flow diagram of current state and interfacing Departments. iii. Propose a to be state for the SSA interface to the State Data Center, Using SSA guidelines. iv.
