THIS LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT IS FOR TWO (2) RESOURCE FOR 3,480 HOURS.

Description:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Refer to RFP 2014-7354, Section IV, Vertical 5.0, Application Development for minimum qualifications required for this engagement. In addition, the following requirements must also be met:

1. At least five (5) years of experience providing consulting/support services for PeopleSoft Financials projects of which: at least four (4) years of said experience must have been at a high (senior) level of expertise both functionally and in measure of responsibility.
2. At least three (3) years of Accounting experience.
3 Experience in participating in PeopleSoft Financials Upgrades, training super users, documentation of training materials and completion of projects requiring PeopleSoft Financials functional expertise for California State government.
4. A proven track record in assisting organizations of this size with similar projects and scope.
5. Demonstrated a proven methodology for providing services and products similar to services and products identified in the LOE.
6. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, training and other analytical and technical documents.
7. At least three (3) client references (including name, title, and telephone number) for which the services and products identified in the LOE were successfully performed.
8. Resumes for each proposing team member used in this project as proposed, detailing his/her experience that specifically relates to the products and tasks outlined in the LOE.
