In addition, conduct requested community immunization clinics providing various vaccines including flu, back to school vaccine immunizations, Human papillomavirus infection (HPV), Covid-19 and others as needed. Clinic operations include, but are not limited to, 1) collecting and organizing clinic supplies/forms, 2) properly storing, handling, and administering vaccines, 3) providing viral-hepatitis related education to clients, and 4) assisting with clerical and administrative needs as appropriate. Provide data management support for Jail Vaccination Program and other immunization activities including, but not limited to, 1) entering patient and vaccine information in to appropriate databases, 2) program specific data entry, 3) patient record organization/entry, and 4) creation of reports denoting number of vaccine doses administered at each clinic site and viral hepatitis education materials. provided. Monitor HBV vaccine completion in the county jails and HDs to increase completion rates and avoid unnecessary booster doses.
