Maturing teams they are working on. Will be managing 2-3 teams each, could be a Kanban team or scrum team, but they need to know both. They are not doing software product delivery, more project focused. They do a lot with video, need to be comfortable with this Jira/Confluence- preferred 2 weeks sprints simultaneously since have 2-3 teams (4 to 9 people on a team)- will follow enterprise calendar for sprints Certs dont matter 4 years of agile experience but only need to have one year practicing SM/Kanban lead. Infrastructure experience is a must have Multiple hats? No Banking experience? Does not matter, not a factor to him at all. Maturity? 50% of infrastructure is in Agile Fashion at the moment.
