Job Description: Position Summary: This person will be responsible for triaging tickets, prioritizing and managing the backlog, building workback schedules and running standups for the team. This person will also be responsible for managing marketing-wide communications, developing processes to make our internal operations more efficient and assisting in adhoc tasks as needed. A successful candidate will provide mentorship and recommendations to the team on best practices around agile project management, and work prioritization in general. Primary Responsibilities: - Govern, manage and operationalize ticket intake process - Triage and prioritize new tickets, working with stakeholders to ensure requests are well documented - Ability to artfully push back on stakeholders, while possessing strong business acumen around identifying what is truly important - Mentor, guide and educate the team around project management best practices (ieagile, scrum, etc) - Assist and consult in providing roadmaps and workback schedules for larger more complex projects - Provide training, documentation and other assistance to support and expand the use of analytics and tools across the organization - Own regular communication rhythms within the rest of Marketing - Manage weekly office hours sessions - Support our Snowflake Migration and work cross functionally with other DE teams - Knowledge and Skill Requirements - Experience with a ticketing system (Jira, Asana, Workfront, etc) - Superior organizational skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks - Strong interpersonal skills - Tableau, SQL, Python experience nice to have - Experience working in marketing and/or at a B2B Saas company nice to have -Experience -5 + years of project/program/product management experience in the tech industry - PMP Certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
