Mandatory Qualifications: 60 - 84+ Months experience overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education. 84 Months of Experience as project manager managing multi-phased IT projects with multiple teams of at least 20 team members or stakeholders, involving multiple business teams and IT team members from different IT organizations and agencies/ businesses. other qualifications: 84 months experience developing and executing project plans including management of Charter, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Communication, Change, Risk, Issue, Resource management plans, and managing complete project management lifecycle from initiation through closeout. 84 Months of Experience in developing and managing formal project schedules in Microsoft Project, including tracking progress and variances against baselines utilizing both Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies; conducting Scrum Sessions. 84 months experience developing, writing and managing detailed Scope Document, reviewing project deliverables and managing the deliverables acceptance process, managing project change request (PCR) and organizational change impact on project. Facilitate executive-level project status meetings and presentations for both ITS and client agencies leaderships and creating project dashboards. 60 months experience with project quality planning, quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, UAT defect and metrics management, and quality governance. 36 Months of Experience managing and leading multi-phased, multi-agency, high-visibility to the highest levels of government, (i.e. working on projects visible to elected officials such as a State Governor) IT projects in a State, Federal, or city. 60 Months of Experience in facilitated elicitation and documentation of complex business requirements, requirements elicitation, managing systems analysis and design, and documenting business analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specifications, and Requirements Traceability Matrix.
