The team also supports multiple Client reporting automation initiatives on variety of Investment Products such as Mutual Funds, LifeCycle Funds, SAGIC Funds, Retirement Funds. The successful candidate will perform as an individual contributor to: gather and document requirements; conduct business and systems analysis for changes for applications supporting client reporting; prepare requirement documents (RD) and functional requirement documents (FRD), complete all required reviews of the same and obtain user and technology approvals as per TIAA-CREFs standard project methodology and governance; work with QA in the preparation of system test plans and test cases, review the same with user and technology stakeholders and assist in obtaining all necessary approvals; provide/review estimates for requirements gathering, testing, implementation tasks; execute Change Management. The successful candidate will work with business clients and IT clients to elicit requirements and validate requirements and designs - keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle. The candidate will also work closely with Client Reporting and with the application development teams to provide support for their work products and to act as an informed customer advocate within the development team. The area of expertise for the candidate is on fully automating Client Reporting workflows and processes, that are otherwise highly manually intensive using a new vendor tool as well as support enhancements for automation efforts in flight for Client and Sales reporting. The candidate is also expected to acquire data flow knowledge of touch points in multiple Client-facing systems that support Individual and Institutional investors. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvements in the above areas.
