Skills - Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create roadmap and planning materials that meet stakeholder needs are required. - Information modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level, including understanding of metadata management, document management, master data management, taxonomies, and ontologies as well as the challenges of applying these techniques to less-structured sources are required. - Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and ability to analyze portfolio needs, as well as determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers is required. - Demonstrated experience in Documentum suite (D2, CTS, xPLORE, BRAVA etc) is required and Documentum for Quality & Manufacturing (LSQM) is preferred. - Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques is required. - Knowledge on Life science industry and quality is a preferred - Knowledge on Documentum application integration with third party applications - Solid understanding & experience in delivering validated applications (CFR 9 Part 11) - Experience with innovation and ideation methods, such as design thinking is preferred. - System integration experience, including interface design, and familiarity with web-oriented architecture techniques is preferred.
