The selected candidate will be responsible for performing this role within an Enterprise Data Warehouse team. The primary roles of the business enablement analyst are as follows: · Requirements analysis - working with the business to understand their analytic needs and turning those requirements into technical solutions. · Data analysis - Profiling source system data to understand it from both a business and technical perspective. · Technical Documentation - Documentation of business requirements, technical design and metadata for data warehouse solution. · Lesser but important roles include light project management, design facilitation and QA. Basic Qualifications · 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design. Minimum Qualifications · Experience working in a data warehouse environment, including a firm understanding of basic data warehousing and business intelligence concepts such as data transformation processes, loading methods and database modeling. · Combination of business, technical and communication skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment. · Ability to build successful relationships with business partners and team members. · Skilled in ANSI SQL · Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented and thorough. · Demonstrated experience to research and problem solve. · Demonstrated experience understanding the business side of problems in order to provide successful solutions. Preferred Qualifications · Demonstrated project management skills including the ability to lead meetings and organize / implement initiatives · Understanding of financial services systems · Strong experience with Teradata · Demonstrated proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and Access.
