Demonstrate the ability to understand multi-faceted client environment, objectives, and constraints. Develop an understanding of complex business processes and differentiate between functional and system requirements and design specifications. Facilitate work groups engaged in either collaborative requirements gathering and analysis or the analysis of data correction requests. Interact with customers and extended team members to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Collect, identify, define, and organize detailed user, data, and information technology requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identify solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. Apply critical thinking skills to the requirements analysis process. Document the results of requirements analysis in accordance with prescribed standards. Prepare and assist in the preparation of use cases, system change requests, initial data analysis, and other requirements documents. Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL is required. Use (or learn) specified requirements software, to include PVCS Tracker and other appropriate tools to assist in requirements development and management. Support functional testing as the requirements representative. Lead others in requirements development and management tasks. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to work in a team environment and independently with minimum management oversight. Must possess high energy and strong motivation to make a difference. The work is fast paced with changing priorities. Task switching without loss of productivity is a must. Pre-Requisites: U.S. Citizenship Current DoD Top Secret clearance (based on SSBI investigation) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years experience in requirements analysis with diverse client or project types. Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis and strong working knowledge of SQL. Minimum of 3 years experience in group facilitation. Familiarity with use case preparation and a working knowledge of requirements management software is a plus.
