Basic Qualifications Excellent problem solving skills Comfortable working with Windows and Linux platforms Familiarity with incident management and security operations best practices Minimum of 2 years experience working in the information security field Completion of a Bachelors degree in an area such as Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent work experience Preferred Skills Previous experience working in a Security Operations Center or similar environment One or more of the following industry certifications: Security+, Network+, SSCP, CISSP, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role? Windows and Linux Platforms ArcSight ELK Stack Hadoop would be a nice to have as they will be using this in the near future C++ and Python scripting would be helpful, open to other Scripting experience What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
