Install new file server and deploy new equipment 6. Work with Business Office on wiping old hard drives and surplussing old equipment 7. Work with EOTSS to insure backups and software updates are run/completed regularly 8. Work with Management Team to develop move plan for technology to the new office location 9. Develop specifications and recommend for purchase, digital display for new meeting room 10. Review Office WIFI (Comcast/internet) and recommend improvements or upgrades 11. Investigate VPN connection options with EOTSS 12. Identifies and solves issues. 13. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation. 14. Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. Qualifications 1. Minimum of Associates Degree in an IT related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years experience with IT support 3.
