Analytical Skills Team Work Excel Services Specialist (Jobs in Coppell, TX)   Requirement id 117210 Job title Specialist Job location in Coppell, TX Skills required Supply Chain Management, Analytical Skills, Team Work, Excel Services Open Date 08-Jun-2021 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Specialist: Supply Chain Management, Analytical Skills, Team Work, Excel Services Description: The position ensures the best in class execution for Samsung – Global Logistics operations Responsible for the execution of daily Inbound Logistics operations & reporting This role will ensure that shipments are delivered to internal customers without delays This role will actively tracking Inbound Logistics shipments & work with 3PLs to manage exceptions Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities: Must have track record and ability to maintain positive team dynamics Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity Track and trace shipments daily and proactively to avoid any delays Support business departments on urgent shipments and new-launch models Ensure quick and precise system execution for the delivery of Samsung products Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary Work proactively with 3PLs to ensure continuous support Assist internal partners on critical shipments and non-standard requests Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines Complete all other duties as assigned Background/Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of directly related experience is required Undergrad in Business or Supply Chain Management Prior experience in Global Logistics operations a plus High-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experience Well versed analytical skills Good social and team working skills Proficient ability in working within Excel & Access Ideal Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical skills. Must be able aggregate and interpret complex datasets and simply summarize for internal stakeholders. Works closely with team members Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred Ability to work accuracy and reliability Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally Ability to clearly define objectives, identify tasks and work assignments based upon training Top 3 Must Have Skills: Strong analytical skills.
