They ensure the system is configured appropriately to carry out the clients business functions and receive revenue related to usage of the software system. They have direct contact with our clients on all configurations and setup aspects of the software system. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze business needs. 2. Develops business specifications according to standard templates for technical personnel. 3. Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team. 4. Provide customer support to clients as needed. 5. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. 6. Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. 7. Makes recommendations to improve business processes. Conduct root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business users. 8. Required Qualifications: Education: • Bachelors Degree in business, finance, computer science and/or related field required. Equivalent work experience may be substituted. Certifications: (If applicable) • Required Job Related Experience: • Minimum 3-5 years experience required • Lending systems (Consumer or Commercial). Must be able to make decisions based on precedent and solve arising problems using sound judgment and experience Additional Skills/Knowledge: (Optional) • Must have strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements. • Must have working knowledge of developing business specifications with strong technical skills required to complete assignments. • Must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with others.
