Working effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams and developing, implementing, and maintaining data analytics tools, metrics, and visualization dashboards to facilitate analysis and support decision-making process within various Supply Chain areas (Packaging, Transportation, Logistics, Purchasing, Supplier Management etc.). Gathering, processing, and analyzing data from various data sources and use in development of tools & data visualization. Typical Day: Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm EST with 1/2 lunch (or 1 hr lunch from 8-5pm) Interaction with project teams supporting data analysis & visualization Critical Technical Skills: Advanced technical & analytic skills in Excel/Access (including VBA, SQL). Advanced data manipulation across multiple data sources (blending/consolidation of data). Advanced technical skills in report & application development in Power BI, Power Apps, & Tableau. Advanced experience in developing and maintaining collaboration tools (Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.). Top Candidates Will Also Have: Two to four year of job experience. Experience in the development and deployment of Supply Chain processes. PICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, APICS CLTD, or CSCMP SCPro Certification. Knowledge of and / or experience deploying Lean or 6 Sigma Project Management experience. Experience with the Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIW) and Value Stream Transformation process. Working experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics. Negotiation skills to drive common processes across multiple departments. Soft Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to creatively solve complex problems. Strong collaborative, interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time Travel Requirement: Position can work from home, but needs to be able to travel to Cary, NC for desk location, meetings, & support. Potential meetings will be held in Sanford & Clayton as needed in future.
