Ability to manage to deliverable deadlines ? Familiarity with agile and other project management methodologies ? Comfort working with internal clients in a consulting role ? A champion for open data and open source ? Interfacing with the open data community on both the local and national levels ? Knowledge of the landscape of open data portals and publicly available data sources ? Intermediate level programming skill ? Familiarity with metadata concepts and schemas such as Project Open Data ? Ability to explain to a diverse audience technical topics such as ETL, APIs, open data uses, and metadata ?
