This Production Support Engineer will need incident management experience and will be responsible for actively managing our clients support activities for the applications in their group as well as helping to strengthen the groups monitoring capabilities. Required Experience: 5-10 years of work experience including production support experience preferably from the Banking sector Should be able to manage a crisis call independently with limited supervision and oversight including documenting RCA and follow up actions Should be comfortable working in a UNIX environment without any coaching. Be able to document processes and add to existing documentation Provide technical training and mentoring to other team members Should have prior development experience in python/bash/perl scripting Prior work experience with Informatica is required Experience with the below automation/monitoring tools are preferred: AppDynamics MoogSoft Prometheus + Grafana Jenkins Ansible From a work schedule perspective, the Production Support Engineer would be expected to cover during the usual day shift. However, during some release activities, they may be asked to provide coverage during offhours.
