In addition, the selected applicant will be required to possess an excellent working knowledge of programming with Python, JavaScript, and other languages. The ability to create custom widgets for Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS should be demonstrated by providing links to a portfolio of work. The ability to coordinate the installation and testing of custom applications as well as provide documentation is essential. Writing samples should also be provided. *Required Skills: *In addition to meeting the minimum entrance requirements for this position, candidates should possess a strong background of working with ArcGIS for Server creating map services, as well as a working knowledge of publishing GIS maps for public consumption. *Candidates should have strong written and oral communications skills, combined with the ability to work effectively with others in establishing cooperative relationships, and in a variety of settings (individuals, groups, inter- and intra-agency, etc.). *A familiarity with agile project management methodologies and the principles and practices of transportation planning is also preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
