Preferred location is Basking Ridge, NJ with possible reporting from (Irving, TX or Lake Mary,Temple Terrace, FL) for a superior candidate. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 70% - Partner with Business Owner, Project Manager and other Developers to understand business needs, design solutions using core applications, develop functional prototypes, integration testing, migrate completed solution to Test environment for Integration and User Acceptance testing 15% - Work with Production Manager to support routine production launches, Change Request and/or system update requirements scoping and development 10% - Work with service management and infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution 5% - Provide design and developer documentation KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 5+ years of RSA Archer development and administration experience Expert knowledge of core Archer applications, architecting solutions using core applications, Advanced Workflow & data feed / API / data exchange configuration Testing experience to ensure new solution development integrates with existing solutions Hands-on experience using Archer version 6 3+ years designing new Archer solutions at an Enterprise level Strong interpersonal and communication skills Working knowledge of Agile software development EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Business or Technical degree RSA Archer certified Administrator This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and or privileged information internal to our organization and intended solely for the use of the individual(s) or entity or entities to whom they are addressed.
