Current SES over GPON system flows consist of too many hand offs between the systems, losing the visibility of the order during hand offs, with multiple order tracking systems. By migrating to the end-state architecture, system hand offs would be stream lined with better order tracking mechanisms in place. This person is also resposible to act as a liason between the Centers and offshore developement teams and delivering timely solutions and provide the necessary and prompt support during the US timings. Without this position, the above mentioned responsibilities would not be fulfilled and risk the customer commitment dates and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or above Extensive experience with JAVA, J2EE,C++ including both the language and troubleshooting various environment issues HTML / Web Design, Javascript, CSS experience Preferred Experience with Micro Services and domain driven design Experience working in a DevOps development environment and agile framework Experience with all phases of Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Experience with BPM solutions Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent written & verbal communication skills Communication & stakeholder management skills.
