By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA and for the people who work here. • 3 – 5 years of thorough knowledge of Ariba Network/CSC and Invoice Pro Process Enablement • Knowledge of other Ariba modules and its back end integration with SAP ECC or Oracle R12 ERP is desirable • 10+ years of experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules Order Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Information & Performance Management, PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, Direct Connect for transactional date, SAP PI Adapter, ITK etc. • Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. • Applied in-depth knowledge of one or more programming languages. • Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. • Proven ability to apply programming languages to develop solutions to business needs. • Competent to work in all phases of applications programming and design. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions • Ability to physically perform general office requirements. • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required. Responsibilities: • Candidate must have strong Ariba Network knowledge, as well as understand how these systems integrate with SAP ECC platform • Be able to drive business discussions and processes related to Invoice Pro business and system requirements with customers. • Demonstrates practical business experience with P2P and Invoicing processes, including, Invoice exception handling and reconciliation. • Possess strong technical acumen and understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customers business needs • Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of clients organization and workflow • Design, customize & implement complex Ariba Cloud Solutions. • Expertise in Ariba Cloud integration with Procurement Systems such as SAP ECC and / or enterprise-wide Contract Management applications using various integration channels. • Determine client configuration requirements and guide client toward best practices for long term success • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies • Provides analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. • Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase • Work with Solutions Architects provide direction and practical solutions to meet business needs. • Perform trouble shooting and root cause analysis of system issues and work with Ariba Engineering teams for potential bug fixes related to issues and document solution fixes for future support for COE team. Keep abreast of new solutions being released by Ariba and to educate customers of the new functionalities so they are adaptable for any current gaps.
