Assist Fiserv business unit in analyzing existing file delivery processes and recommending how these processes can be streamlined and operationalized. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: 5 years experience working with Linux, Unix and/or Windows OS. 5 years experience working with Autosys or a comparable job scheduling application. 2 years experience providing System Administration of Autosys or a comparable job scheduling application. 3 years experience working with Oracle or SQL Server DBMS. Some experience working with application programming and scripting languages, preferably Powershell on Windows and Perl, AWK and Kornshell on Linux/Unix. Some experience working with Visual Cron is preferred but not required. Some experience with Change Management, Incident Management and Service Request Management processes and tools, preferably Remedy. PROJECT: As part of migrating On Demand Billers to Secure FTP on File Gateway for PCI compliance, will analyze the file delivery process for each Biller in Visual Cron and will implement the process in Autosys. SPECIAL TRAINING NEEDS: 1. Autosys and UWCC 11.3 training. 2. Change Management, Service Request Management and Incident Management process training using Remedy. 3. Review of On Demand infrastructure in Irving and Chicago . SKILLS: 1. Good working knowledge of distributed systems, network and firewall infrastructure and relational databases. 2. Strong working knowledge of applications programming, job scheduling and analysis procedures. Working knowledge of languages and tools as required for various projects. 3. Good communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in the development process. 4. Good working knowledge of ITIL Service Support and Service Delivery processes. 5. Good project leadership skills. 6. Acquiring/enhancing applications expertise, keeping current with evolving programming, analysis and database technology. 7. Strong team player.
