Analyze of business process and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations. Solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data. Advanced analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management, staff and contractors. Ability to exercise independent judgment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while under project time constraints Building processes collaboratively to reach outcomes and goals Provide advanced analysis and strong written and verbal communications with management, staff and contractors Take ownership of issues and work closely with various teams to develop resolutions Manage the team backlog on ADO Understand dependencies between stories, features and work closely with the agile team and scrum mater to update the right attributes and keep the backlog current Map requirements to the user stories and help define acceptance criteria and maintain the sync between various requirements management tools Qualifications: Requires a Bachelors in preferably Computer Science, Information Technology with emphasis in Software Development and/or 5+ years working experience with IT application development, technical software design and development or other directly related experience. Four years of experience working with Banking applications, process, software interfaces, mainframe and distributed systems may substitute for educational background. Expertise in banking domain specifically around DDAs, TD, IRA, branch operations, interest accruals, capitalization, fee charging etc. Ability to co-ordinate activities between subject matter experts and development teams. Strong understanding defect management process and ability to actively triage a defect, identify resolution and drive it to closure.
