Job Description : Product Owner - Position Summary Provide servant-leadership and mentorship to a cross-functional agile team. This position will guide and serve teams that deliver technology solutions, through effective application of the Lean/Agile principles and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban Method, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Product Owner must have the ability to interact with Senior Management to plan and execute strategic initiatives, taking complex projects from vision to reality. The Product Owner has in-depth knowledge of multiple business areas and is familiar with Enterprise Strategy and well versed in Life Cycle Methodologies. The Product Owner uses this knowledge to drive effective and efficient business processes and standards. Minimum Position Qualifications Required: One - Two plus years experience on Agile projects with roles and responsibilities ideally operating in a Product Owner role Preferred: Experience with the SAFe framework in the Product Owner role Performing: Defines MVP, Owns team backlog (grooming, prioritizing, refining) and implementation Contributes to vision and program backlog working with Product Management Drives Iteration Planning and Defines Sprints Works with the team to develop User Stories for a feature and performing Just in Time Story elaboration Accepting User Stories and participating in Team Demos with a focus on quality Answers questions for the team and participates in team Retrospectives focusing on continuous improvement Negotiates tradeoffs with conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
