Job Description : The BPM Developer is a hands-on technical role that works across multiple our client business units and with external customers to automate, digitize and transform their operational environments. As part of Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Solution Delivery tribe, you will design and implement the solutions for our customers business process & workflow, automation and integration needs. You will then lead the technical implementation utilizing the APS XTRAC Platform and Digital Toolkit. The Expertise Were Looking For Strong understanding of Software Engineering, Object Oriented Design principals and development using one of Groovy, JavaScript or Java Ability to work with multiple project delivery teams across our client business units and external clients Experience with full software development life cycle Collaborate with Business Analysts and Business users to analyze business requirements and define technical project scope and assumptions for BPM implementation Ability to decompose requirements into stories and tasks Working knowledge of Agile methodology Create technical specifications, test execution plan and test cases to cover end to end functionality Hands-on experience with business process improvements or business process re-engineering projects Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) Exposure to and experience implementing Business Process Management or workflow systems (XTRAC, XTRAC/Process Manager, or comparable BPM, such as Appian, IBM Blueworks, Pega, etc.) Bachelors degree, with a focus in finance, technology or business operations preferred Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus The Purpose of Your Role You will play a key role on an APS Solution Delivery squad (scrum team). You and your squad members will help to transform the efficiency of our client operations and deliver a simplified servicing experience for our client end customers. You will be responsible for the detailed business process design for our engagements and collaborate with the team to implement your design. To do this, you will become intimately familiar with the APS suite of products and tools and collaborate across the APS organization and with the customers operations and technology teams to implement the new solution.
