Qualified individual must have necessary immigration status to work in the US and 3 years living in the United States. Prefer local to Colorado candidates but if not must be willing to work in Colorado full time. This role performs these responsibilities following established project timelines: Design and develop ADF based User Interface for Business Process based applications developed using Oracle 11g BPM/SOA Suite. Design, build, and testing of ADF page templates, ADF Business Components, ADF Task-flows, ADF Page Fragments, etc., Design and Develop ADF Task flows for human tasks in a business process, and integrate with web services and business components. Creation, modifications, additions, or enhancements to the Oracle ADF driven web design and build. Design and build ADF extensions. Tune ADF applications. Prior ADF experience is REQUIRED, 2-3 yrs past experience is REQUIRED, 5+ years is desired. Document current state of business process using BPMN notation. Model proposed solution using BPM 11g business process modeling techniques and standard process notation BPMN Write detailed technical specifications for made up of several subsystems. Perform Developer project tasks related to requirements understanding and completeness, solution proposal, design, development, configuration, unit testing and system testing. Work with clients to determine business process issues and propose creative and effective solutions to those issues. Consult with other Developers, plus Business Analysts, System Analysts and vendors to some degree. Perform unit testing and debugging. Set test conditions based upon code specifications. Able to debug most program errors (simple to complex). May seek assistance from vendors to debug complex errors Perform End-to-End testing of the business process to prove various workflow and integration conditions Work on integration issues and determines the integration approach. Coordinate with other areas for integration architecture solutions Configure out of the box BPM dashboard and Create custom dashboards in the workspace. Configure BPM Workspace queues according to specifications and Customize BPM workspace for business driven work queues, build dashboards. Design and develop business rule driven task allocation, escalation, assignment and delegation patterns for human tasks in BPM Navigation, metadata, design/implementation of Web development with JSF, HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript.
