Regularly provide project status reports of progress, roadblocks and accomplishments with BA work. Continually ensure the validity and integrity of artifacts during the BSA process and after as the system evolves with change requests and general maintenance. Participate in Portal testing processes. Business requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation Documentation of the Business and System Use Cases, Business Requirements documents, Test Plans, Test cases Mentoring staff on the creation of system artifacts including but not limited to; Business and System Use Cases Business Requirements document and training materials. Prioritizes IT system requirements to gain stakeholder agreement for IT projects or business process change documents detailing the project. Develops and prepares presentations to justify and explain IT system or business process requirements. Evaluates the outcomes of systems testing and confirms that the results are consistent with the system or business process specifications. Identifies and documents the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to federal, State or local laws and statutes. Prioritizes business process changes to maintain system functionality and efficiencies. Establishes timetables for completion of projects. Communicates business process and system requirements to IT staff, program staff and stakeholders. Mandatory Qualifications: Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. 84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months experience in performing requirements gathering and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; system design and implementation 72 Months of experience curating artifacts related to the business system analysis (BSA) process. 72 Months of experience in translating business requirements into design specifications, mockups that accurately represent the interests of system users in the formulation of the new system. 60 Months of experience preparing presentations to justify and explain IT system or business process requirements. 48 Months of experience leading development and execution of test plans and cases. 18 Months of experience identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes or by changes to federal, State or local laws and statutes. 18 Months of experience working closely with QAT and UAT teams helping to define test scripts, business use cases, acceptance criteria, etc. in order to effectively test system capabilities.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
