These solutions may use different technologies, vendors, platforms and styles of computing. • Focus on architecting complex business process management solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server and related Microsoft technologies. • Drives overall Integration Architecture and deliverable for the assigned initiative including third party solution and integration aligned with business and technology vision. • Facilitating Integration Architecture planning with third parties • Defines the best Integration solution to meet the needs of the business and Solution Architecture vision • Accountable for ensuring the end state of the Integration solution delivered as per the design • Maintains, understands, and communicates any Integration design changes to all affected parties • Primary point of contact for Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects • Ensures coordination and communication between Integration Developers. • Coordinates and reviews estimates for completeness and ensures there is no overlap between the teams • Escalation point for technical solution issues from Integration Developers • Identify necessary technical enhancements to existing systems to ensure performance, extensibility, and maintainability • Participates in quality assurance activities – code, design and final solution reviews • Coach and mentor Integration Developers. Key Qualifications: The primary focus is to develop solutions that fully integrate and collaborate with existing IT systems in order to perform automated business functions. • Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience • Understanding Services Oriented Architectures, the related standards and technologies and a holistic view of enterprise solutions, including appreciation of operation costs, security, performance, application development and system management is required. • Must have 3-5 years experience architecting/developing .NET solutions in C#. • Must have 2-4 years experience architecting/developing BizTalk solutions • Must have experience with at least one BizTalk enterprise adapter or BizTalk accelerator. Mainframe interoperability highly desired. • HIPAA and EDI experience is highly desired. • Must have strong understanding of BPM and SOA. • Previous Data modeling experience is desired. • Must be strongly motivated and have excellent client facing skills. • Must have very strong verbal and written communication skills.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
