Identify savings opportunities Analyze available data and identify data gaps and opportunities Drive metrics based reporting for our team Maintain and update: Provisioning documentation Standard hardware & software configurations Procurement Policies and Procedures Google Docs for procurement process, status and lead hardware timelines Work with Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager to: Requisition new services, support, hardware, renewals & infrastructure Manage operational and capital leased hardware Requisition for all new acquisitions Reconcile support renewals Coordinate quarterly provisioning for approved projects Manage and resolve vendor escalation issues Submit requests for quote (RFQs) or proposal to approved suppliers Liaise with suppliers on order management Facilitate RMA process Manage end-of-lease hardware (extend, buyouts, return) Assist A/P with invoice matching Train and mentor new Procurement Specialists Business Partner Related: Develop strong business relationships with internal customers. Attend Technical Planning meetings with the business (InfraOps, IT, R&D) as needed Maintain a high level of Customer Focus attitude Support developing and conducting Internal Customer Satisfaction surveys including the analysis and report out of results Support internal customers by facilitating accurate and favorable transactions, and on-going supplier management and accountability Serve as liaison between Global Strategic Sourcing, the business, and the Supplier community. Develop strong partnerships and nurture a positive business relationship with internal stakeholders and suppliers to clearly understand their business processes; short and long term business objectives; and strategic direction and goals while providing a high level of Customer Focus attitude. Required Skills: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (analytical or Supply Chain degree preferred) 3+ years domestic and/or international provisioning and logistics experience 2 years experience managing vendors Demonstrated ability to coordinate issue resolution across several departmental groups Technical aptitude and experience in a fast-paced data center and IT environment Ability to travel Advanced use of Ariba, Oracle, SaaS requisitioning tool (i.e. Coupa) or other SW tools Desired Skills: Desire to learn quickly, retain/use knowledge and deliver measurable results Strong team and interpersonal relationship skills conducive to team development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail in the areas of procurement, finance, and leasing Strong analytical thinker Ability to work independently, make judgment decisions and demonstrate consistent follow-through Work Function Goal: Experience as a buyer, purchaser, procurement, Provisioning, etc.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
