The successful candidate will play a leadership role in the definition and implementation of our next generation Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution utilized by our industry leading Customer Success team, and do so through the delivery of incremental improvements at a high velocity. Responsibilities: Interview members of our Collaboration Customer Success organization to understand their daily workflows and document the same. Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems and general business operations. Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models. Analyze process models as they are (As-is), compare them to the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state. Working with our collaboration platform and IT architects, design business processes (To-be) aligned to the capabilities of our CRM solution, IT infrastructure, and Collaboration platform, and manage on-going alignment to them resulting from any subsequent changes to them. Identify target metrics to assess process improvement success. Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes. Author system requirements in the form of agile user stories and create a prioritized backlog Participate as requested in vendor assessment and selection Prioritize the backlog for each development team and be part of their development process and a product owner where required Create a roadmap for automation improvement and forecast quantifiable improvement measures Report on status of all improvement & automation initiatives pertaining to the CS organization Act as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success leadership team and their on-going efforts to enhance the overall performance of their teams On an ongoing basis, collate feedback on process performance. The collected data forms the basis of future process improvement projects Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent value delivery. Support existing Operational processes that are in place by acting as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success leadership team and help them to determine root cause of failures or issues with the operation of these systems and support related escalations/resolution efforts Manage root cause analysis with technology teams and drive towards solutions and validation Provide executive presentation and status updates on process automation or key issue tracking, root cause analysis and solution-ing Be an advocate for CS in highly cross-functional setting Build strong working relationship with IT, Analytics team , Sales and other stakeholders Build relationship within and outside the organization Skills & Experience Prior experience leading the definition and implementation of a CRM major solution 12+ years experience in process improvement & Automation 12+ years experience in Operations Prior experience with working with the end user community and IT to define and implement IT system integration projects involving Customer Success or CRM workflows desirable Customer First Mindset Strong Analytical experience Data Analytics background is a plus Agile Experience Can do attitude Great presentation skills Customer facing or partner experience a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
