Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff. Resource will be part of a team responsible for writing all users stories specifically for the IP Platform data work stream. Resource should be experienced in Agile methodology Exposure and experience in business analysis related to capital markets front office products and financials. Prepares materials for Weekly Data Governance Working Group. Assists with program level documentation Strategizes with SMEs and senior leadership to develop and implement a data governance process for the platform Facilitates working group session and provides input on requirements Provides input for Steering Committee Documentation MUST HAVE skills: Data Governance knowledge around data encryptions/achieving regulations – will be leading meetings on how to set up data governance models Data Dictionary experience Strong documentations/attention to detail ability, will be responsible for documenting meeting minutes when needed, putting together process documents   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
