Job Description Analyst: Web Development, Business Analyst, SQL,

Description:

Minimum of 3 years experience working on development projects utilizing agile/iterative development techniques
Must be familiar and comfortable performing business analysis functions iteratively
Minimum of 2 years experience in UI/Web development projects
Ability to interpret Line of Business desires into application requirements rewrite, summarize and translate the business needs.
Experience with the analyzing, diagramming and writing the necessary business documentation including: Use Cases, Functional Design Documents, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Training Support, and Production Support materials.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Experience documenting business requirements. Must be comfortable writing technical specifications and documenting requirements in the form of user stories with associated acceptance criteria
Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions. Familiar and comfortable with various requirement elicitation techniques
Experience using the Microsoft Office tools suite, SharePoint, and requirements management tools.
Responsible and accountable for creating and maintaining electronic documentation. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to balance multiple tasks of varying priority
Comfortable working in a fast past environment and able to quickly switch focus based on changing project needs
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships across the program
Comfortable taking direction from lead resources and able to work independently to complete a given task while maintaining transparency of work produced
Willing to receive feedback and take appropriate action based on feedback received
Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the project
Preferred Skills
Experience designing screen mockups
Experience with Content Management projects
Experience writing and executing test plans
