Jira Description: The Functional Analyst will be required to partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups lead. The role would involves eliciting, analyzing, validating and managing of requirements, business processes and high-level solution designs, highlight integration and support of the program. Responsibilities: Functional knowledge in the SAP-HR module Consistently demonstrates Agile processes and principles for effective delivery Consistently demonstrates Lean principles for efficient delivery Work with the Product Owners and Project Managers on defining the detailed scope Work with the Product Owner, cross functional teams and cross technology team on the prioritization of the product backlog of user stories Work with the Product Owner, cross functional teams and cross technology team on defining acceptance criteria sufficiently for testing Work with the Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution is in fulfillment of the stated requirements Responsible for creating business requirement documents, functional documents and test scripts Responsible for creating, refining and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables such as process flows and test cases to meet development and stakeholder needs Execute test scripts in SAP and integrating systems, updating the results in HP ALM Drive defect identification and resolution through the test cycles Support business through the test cycles Provide Key User training to the business leads and support them through the End user training Provide status update for the process FA represents on a weekly basis Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in SAP- HR. Experience with the SAP-ISU is a plus 2 years or more experience with Agile software delivery models (Kanban, Scrum, etc.) Conversant with Agile Methodology and experienced with continuous delivery mode, analyzing and delivering feature iteratively 2 years or more experience using the JIRA tool Experience using HP ALM tool Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering or in related field Ability to work with team across multiple location Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
