This position requires that the Functional Analyst have strong functional knowledge and experience with the HCM Lifecycle, as well as the ability to closely interact with the business as well as various IT teams to understand requirements and efficiently implement high quality solutions Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll systems and processes Must be mostly functional, but with some technical skills for awareness Experience in using analytical and problem solving abilities leading to problem resolution; results oriented Demonstrated knowledge of HCM relational databases and tables structures Must have business Systems Analyst experience as a liaison between technical and functional system users Must have experience writing functional specifications for system modifications Experience with standard Analytical tools such including but not limited to use case, story boards, wireframe diagrams, root cause analysis, and business capability maps Experience documenting and mapping business processes Experience with SQL and proficient in writing queries Demonstrated knowledge developing test plans covering downstream impacts and regression scenarios Knowledge and understanding of business change management concepts, tools, and techniques Demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile development life cycle methodologies Excellent problem solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and develop plans to resolve them Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint) Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or above 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/Payroll systems and processes Experience with large scale multi country business solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
