Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: 1) Collecting and documenting business processes. 2) Developing business rule requirements based on stakeholders inputs into a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) format. 3) Creating flow charts and screen designs. 4) Define acceptance test criteria based on requirements and design documentation. Testing responsibilities will include a) Developing test scenarios, test plans, and test scripts, b) Developing test conditions and test data, c) Execution of test scripts, d) Analyzing results of testing, and e) Documenting results and findings. 5) Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. 6) Review and make recommendations to management regarding the solutions proposed by development staff for system changes/enhancements. 7) Work with team leads, technical staff, DCV workgroup and business users to identify, track, and manage project issues as they arise, as well as, ensure timelines for project milestones are met and costs remain within budget. 8) Scheduling and coordinating status meetings of stakeholders and secure acceptance and approval of deliverables and budget from the State Sponsor. 9) Ensure Project Management approaches are supported and conducted through the development life cycle. Requirements: Five or more years experience (current within the last year) as an IT Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager. Five or more years experience managing all aspects of the large-scale software development lifecycle (SDLC) including: requirements definition, design, development, testing, training, quality control and assurance, development methods/techniques, testing methods and implementation planning and execution. Five or more years experience managing large-scale project using industry standard project management (PM) methods and tools. Five or more years experience working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for modifications to computer applications. Five or more years experience writing detailed Business and System Requirements and Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Cases, and User Guides. Five or more years experience evaluating workflows to create flow charts that demonstrate current and proposed business and system requirements. Five or more years experience creating, executing, and validating detailed system test scripts to meet system requirements. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. Must have strong collaborative skills, service oriented, and strong interpersonal abilities. Must have strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language Preferred: Bachelors degree in IT related field of study; certification in project management.
