Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and system triggers Write design documentation and training materials supporting business needs Work closely with business operations, sales/marketing managers, and others business leaders to determine project requirements Assist in the evaluation of AppExchange tools for feasibility and impact to the business Create and manage project plans that lead to the successful implementation of new Salesforce applications Qualifications: 5 years as a Business System Analyst Project Management skills Experience in solution design, database modeling, and working with technical architect Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to work on multiple projects at a time. Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral and written communication skills.
