These analyst will conduct a detailed analysis of the business domain through additional stakeholder interviews. The analyst is expected to perform the following: Analyzing in details the current solutions in the eBusiness space: o Client Connection (Loan Operations and Trust-fund Operations) o IDANet/IDAWeb o FIFTrustee o Treasury Client Center o Conduct follow-up interviews with the stakeholders where necessary to expand on the requirements discovered during the Deloitte as-is assessment Develop and document the following artifacts: o Information Content Map for the eBusiness space o Process flows for transactional services o Roles & Task Matrix for the external client population o Information sources and service providers from enterprise systems o Special requirements associated with presentation of information o Security & information classification requirements o Expand on the pain points identified Specific Requirements: Masters degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems/Finance, specialized training or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant technical and business work experience. 8-10 years of experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for web applications. Demonstrated exposure to analyzing requirements for external facing web solutions is desirable. Experience in interpreting project artifacts developed in tools like iGrafix is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Background in analyzing financial applications and a good knowledge of financial domain is required.
