Exceptional in managing assignments and meeting deadlines. Provide commitment to quality at every level of the organization. Lead and manage process improvement projects, bring individuals and groups together to accomplish a common goal, and effectively deal with disputes among the project team. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience or specialized training) in Information Technology (IT) or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Experience in the development of structured use cases. Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS SharePoint. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure Experience in structured software development methodology.
