Job Description Specialist: Business Analyst, medical claims system, Medical Information Processing System,

Description :

Facets, Commercial Medical and Medicare benefits, and can run queries if needed.
o Claim and Product Defect Resolution Specialists- need 3 full time consultants to analyze claims and defect details, and compare results against Product configuration to determine:
Are Products are configured correctly?
If not, what configuration changes are needed to resolve defect?
If yes, is the defect the result of functionality not supported by Facets? If functionality is not supported by Facets, what Custom solution needs to be put in place to provide required functionality?
Level

o Three (3) Sr. Consultants
One with claims background,
One with Product build/Benefits background
One with a background in either of these specialties (whichever is available)
Duration
o 1 Month
Location/Travel
This group will work remotely after an initial week onsite for education and kickoff.
