This analyst will be required to lead a team of Business Analyst. This BA must have previous experience leading a team of BAs at the program level in project allocation, work review, and team building. This position would assure all the projects meet Program Needs as well as guide the project BAs in their analyst work Expert level BA required with previous experience leading a team of BAs at the program level. Program Business Analyst required for approx. 12 months with the DOT PMO Organization supporting the DMV Modernization Program leading a team of BAs. This program is high impact, multi-facet effort to modernize an existing DMV legacy applications. The BA will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts, and assisting with tracking and maintenance of the program documentation. The individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. Required Skills: * Working knowledge of application development life cycle. * Experience in business process analysis, requirements development, testing and documentation * Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and conceptual skills * Experience leading a team of Business Analysts at the program level by organizing and assigning work and performing work reviews. * Experience working at Program level and coordination of deliverables across multiple projects that make up the program. * Experience leading a team of Business Analysts and team building for large complex programs. * Demonstrated experience gathering, conducting and documenting business analysis duties for a major business application effort. * Working knowledge of business improvement process and industry best practices. * Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Visio   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
