Qualifications Business Analyst - Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. Senior 60 - 84 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 72 months experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements 60 months experience in preparing functional and detail system design documents 72 months experience with all phases of testing (i.e., system, integration, user acceptance and pilot) including the creation of use cases and test condition and the review of output. 12 months experience with automated testing including review of output and maintenance of test scripts 36 Months experience systems analysis, testing and implementation of a web-based system 36 Months experience in systems analysis for a multitiered transactional system. 36 months DB2 experience working with large databases, those containing over 15 million records or that are available to over 500 users. 18 months experience mapping data elements from source to target schema. 24 Months experience writing, trouble-shooting and running basic and complex SQL queries. 12 months experience with Real Property Tax (e.g. valuation, assessments and exemptions).
