Provide regular model development metrics and checkpoints in order to accelerate the speed of development and influence strategic decisions. Drive model development activities from inception to fruition Help with various training activities Work closely with Model Business Analysts to ensure of solid business and functional requirements, scalability, reuse and repeatability of models in advance of model implementation Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management/business consulting, implementation, or strategic planning Other Desired Qualifications Familiar with all aspects of AI/machine learning technology Good understanding of Big Data and related Datalake technologies Knowledge of AI and machine learning model development lifecycles Familiar with Natural Language Processing and Text Analytics Strong Microsoft office in general and PowerPoint and Visio skills Excellent communicator, able to teach and explain clearly Great listener, able to learn quickly, show depth of understanding Good judgement, decision-making Ability to execute Accountability, responsibility and dependability Great partner, collaborator, find solutions Occasional travel Personal Attributes: Beyond experience, the right personal integrity, style and attitude are critical to success in this role.
