Can assess alternatives to different designs and choose best solution to fit business and technical needs. Develops code and other supporting solutions as required to meet project objectives according to the requirements and design specifications. Review technical walkthroughs with Tech Leader and team using established technical walkthrough processes. Able to contribute to the development of test plans, develop test cases and conduct unit testing in support of project objectives. Ensure the technical documentation for the business and/or technical area of specialization is kept up-to-date Able to provide professional and appropriate oral and written information to internal and external customers. Demonstrates innovation and thought leadership Provide task updates to the Project Manager on task activities. Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of other technical staff members.
